Nadine is a registered attorney-at-law with an Executive Master’s degree in European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen. For around ten years she worked in the Legal & Compliance departments of two Swiss banking institutions, where she gained a broad range of experience. Thanks to her advisory work with both front-end (retail and corporate banking; private banking with Swiss and international clients) and back office units (e.g. employment law, data protection, marketing), Nadine is fully acquainted with banking processes and the challenges that face banks specifically. Nadine has successfully applied and enhanced her expertise through involvement with various internal projects and as a member of working groups with industrial associations. Her previous experience was of enormous benefit in her role as a consultant for financial institutions both in Switzerland and abroad, where she delivered robust, pragmatic solutions. During her work as a consultant, she focused on cross-border financial services, internal investigations and Swiss supervisory law issues in general. Today, she applies her knowledge and experience to complex investigative projects.
